Vegas has rebounded since the last recession hit. We have property increasing each month now bringing stability to the city. We have sports franchises here now, with the Knights heading to the Stanley Cup. We have the Raiders on the way. Everything is looking good on the horizon.
We have to remember with the prices we are at we are in a bubble once again and will eventually have another crash in the near future. According to the Review Journal we have witness increases in home values up to 31.2% in some areas of the Vegas Valley. https://www.reviewjournal.com/business/housing/home-values-growing-in-las-vegas-valley/
Be aware in 2007- 2008 when we crashed it was due to outsiders overpaying for our properties and it is happening again today. Interest rates are increasing as the economy continues to flourish. Just stay vigilant as there is trouble brewing. No one can predict the next downfall to the exact date and year, however they have been close on many occasions and today there are indicators a recession is looming.

For the past year we have heard how an outsider didn’t have a chance running the United States of America if elected President. All commentaries from the big media outlets have blasted President Trump as inexperienced, racist, denigrating among a host of other slanted opinions.
Now we hear today Kim Jong In met with the leader of South Korea and announce they will end the war between the North and South. The President who could get this war to end happens to be an outsider with no political office ever held till the POTUS.
This has both parties shaking in their boots, If the president succeeds in all he promised on the campaign trail voters will no longer trust/need career politicians lying to it’s citizens each election cycle about what they will do for the country once elected..
For 50 years we have heard the same political speeches, then once elected the infamous, we can’t accomplish that goal, there is not enough support in the chamber.
Now we will wait and see just where President Trump will stand in history 20 years from now.

Yes I said it, being a PC’er has done nothing for our nation that we can be proud of. We whine and complain about everything that feels bad, hurts our feelings instead of working to achieve and live up to our potential.
Political Correctness is the downfall of a great nation. We once were a mighty land with many who worked hard wanting a better life for themselves and their family. Now, not so. We have individuals who want or feel they desire everything needed to live a life of comfort without putting in the blood, sweat or tears.
Hopefully we will wake up before it is to late as the two party system has eroded the quality of life for all Americans in this Great Nation. May we find a way to regenerate prosperity through hard work once again and not free handouts because they deserve it, they feel it, not earned it.

Sorry to say I haven’t been here blogging lately as there have been medical issues with my family. Working all issues out and will be back posting information about the Iowa caucus and the others in the pipe.
As we stated on Patriot Express Radio more than 6 years ago these next few elections are critical. The results will bring our nation back to logical and responsible leadership agenda turning back the PC police.
Or, we will continue down the path that we have traveled over the past 80 years and continue to erode the quality of life in America for every citizen with the egregious spending habits of those elected to represent our best interest.
With 19 trillion dollars in Federal debt plus over 122 trillion in unfunded mandates we definitely need new ideas and leadership roaming the Halls of Congress as well as 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Our nation will be destroyed in the next few decades if we do not curtail our out of control spending, our entitlement mentality and our nations dumbing down of it’s citizens all in the name of power.
Be vigilant how you vote. Know your candidates and ask the important questions which are relevant to you. We need help.

The New Year ahead will bring many changes to Patriot Express Radio. The past year I have devoted more time to my businesses and less time to my blogs. This was not my intention, however bills had to be paid. With the new year my plan is to revamp the website, upgrading the content with modern technology to have much more information and messaging available.
This we are currently working on, within two months we should be up and running on the new platform. Just in time for the campaigning cycle as we follow what is happening across this great nation of ours. Stay tuned as Patriot Express Radio moves into a new era, we are excited for the change. Thank you one and all.

After all the recent demonstrations across the country I have to ask, what happened to taking personal responsibility for our actions? We as a nation have continually elected individuals to serve as public servants who continue to take this country off the deep end of which we will soon be at the point of no return.
Our nation just went over 18 trillion in debt. Our president wants 263 billion as a response to what took place in Ferguson as looters and rioters destroyed the city. Yes, camera’s on police will stop all the violence in this nation. Sure we have a few individuals in uniform who may push the envelop of power but when citizens resist a command from a uniformed officer and becomes combatant, where is the accountability for their actions.
Each day our police and military personal dress in their uniforms to protect the American people with the knowledge they may take their last breath at anytime during their daily routine. That is the price they may have to pay for protecting our freedoms which we value so deeply.
Why are individuals allowed to disrespect those in uniform by resisting a command to cease and desist in the activity they are engaged in, then when something bad happens we do not hold those individuals accountable for their actions? Obey the command, listen to the request and after all is said and done if you don’t like the treatment or the outcome of the situation file a complaint and/or hire a lawyer to resolve the issue at hand.
Death is a terrible thing when it is unexpected, we feel for the families that have lost loved ones through no fault of their own. Death by the hand of another individual is devastating for all families involved premeditated or not.
Tragedy can be averted in many cases if individuals respected their lives more then their hatred of the law. Peaceful protesting is the American way to help spread the message in a responsible way not looting and rioting, burning down a city to make a point. No one wins there.

The new issue that our president is dealing with is the minimum wage. For all Federal contractors we will soon have a new executive order that states they will be paid $10.10 an hour guaranteed, their new minimum wage to give them livable wages.
Let’s look at this closely folks. Currently in all of America only 3.55 million individuals earn minimum wage according to the non partisan Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report and Pew Research Center.
If you look at these numbers one would have to ask why address this issue now? Bureau of Labor released data stating federal employees on average making $114,436.00 or approximately $27,000.00 more than the private sector, could this issue be smoke and mirrors to hide some facet of this administrations agenda?
It is interesting our borders have not been secured, Gitmo is still open for business and as stated for 7 years now, “this will be the most transparent administration ever” and the State Department is under intense scrutiny for falsely stating the reason 4 brave Americans died in Benghazi with Hillary Clinton at the helm.
The IRS scandal, where the director pleaded the fifth and during an interview with The Factor once again our president didn’t see anything wrong with Lois targeting Tea Party Conservative groups. Hearing after hearing for a year now and no one is being held accountable for these actions.
One has to wonder why raising the minimum wage is so important it is now at the top of President Obama’s agenda with all that has transpired in his administration over the past 5 years. It definitely is not because too many contractors are starving on minimum wage earnings.
